JK Andrews Development Group works with developers and organizations who want more value from the affordable housing and mixed-use real estate they develop, own, and invest in; but may not wish to have full-time LIHTC, NMTC, or HTC experts on staff. Affordable housing and Community development is more complex than ever before. Most properties require the use of low income housing tax credits plus several additional subsidies to be viable.  The same is true when utilizing Historic Tax Credits and/or and New Market Tax Credits in developments   We focus on what we do best, and that’s helping our clients strategically assemble the capital stack for their transactions using tax credit enhanced finance.
